Board of Review Meeting NOTICE - July Board of Review
Please be informed that a meeting of the Stambaugh Township July Board of Review is scheduled for Tuesday morning, July 21, 2026 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Stambaugh Township Hall, 110 East Hill Road, Iron River, MI.
The only purpose for the July board of review is for the following: To Address Clerical Errors, Mutual Mistakes of Fact, Poverty Exemptions.

What are Routine Property Inspections?
These inspections help ensure that property records are accurate and up to date. An inspection may include verifying information such as the condition, size, age, and features of a building or other improvements on the property. Inspections are generally conducted from the exterior, and the assessor may need to contact property owners when additional information is needed.

Where Can I Schedule A Routine Property Inspection?
Routine property inspections are conducted throughout Stambaugh Township from May through December as part of the township's property assessment process. Contact Mari Negro, the Township Assesor to schedule an appointment date.
